Initial Consultation: Typically lasts 1.5 to 2 hours, may extend to 3 hours depending on complexity. Includes thorough history, assessment, medication reconciliation, allergy review, and lab procedures. Develops health plan with smart goals, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Routine Consultations: Any not specifically requested after initial consultation. Thorough Health Investigation involves multiple follow-ups to address symptoms.
Follow up for a specific client request: Includes subjective and objective data collected at initial consultation and additional education on health status, medication, procedures.
Detox: Offers safe and personalized detox plans to support the body’s natural abilities in a toxic world.
Home Set Up-Meal Prep/Organization provides simple methods to organize and prepare meals, from post-shopping food processing to creating a home “conveyance store” for easy access. The goal is to guide individuals through the process and make meal preparation more efficient.
Custom Plant-based Meals: This course teaches you to create delicious, nutritious, balanced plant-based meals. With 7 weeks of meal plans, you can plan for a lifetime of balance. By focusing on 4 simple concepts – variety of colors, rotations, and portion control – you can eat without guilt and enjoy flavorful meals. The course also helps you develop a customized plant-based meal plan.
Become a Lifestyle Coach and learn the essential skills to assist others. Pay it forward by sharing your knowledge of a healthy lifestyle. Upon completing the course, you will receive a certificate of completion. While not a certification course, you will gain insight into maintaining goal-oriented plans. I will guide you in learning how to listen, comprehend, and create a tailored coaching plan for others.
